At ADK Food Hub, the dining experience is as much about community as it is about food. Customers rave about the opportunity to grab a plate—be it a hearty lasagna, creamy mac and cheese, or savory roast beef—and engage in vibrant conversations with fellow diners. The all-you-can-eat buffet option, priced at $24, showcases a rotating menu of organic offerings that change with the harvest. Whether you’re enjoying stuffed cabbage rolls or a sumptuous vegan apple crisp, the attention to dietary restrictions—like gluten-free options—makes this hub accessible to all. Moreover, the use of quality ingredients, such as pink Himalayan salt, adds a thoughtful touch to each dish.
The food hub is not just about sustenance but also about experience. Maximiliane Beiner recounts a serendipitous moment where live music accompanied their meal on the terrace, adding to the vibrant ambiance that encapsulates the spirit of ADK Food Hub. It’s places like these that turn casual dining into cherished memories.

“ Great experience!, grab your food, sit down and talk with folks. Nice organic food that changes. 15 a plate or 24 all you can eat buffet. I had lasagna, Mac and cheese, and roast beef I believe there is a hostel upstairs. You can also purchase food from their market ”
“ Tupper Lake residents are sooo lucky to have a farm to table restaurant like this on their town. Eaten here twice now. The self serve bar food is fresh and delicious and organic. The bread that comes with the meal is wonderful. If this restaurant was in my hometown, it would be packed with a line out the door. ”
“ Stopped for a quick lunch and refill on snacks before hiking to the Mount Arab fire tower with a big group of homeschool kids. The weather and foliage were not-to-be-missed this late in October! We won’t have many more days like this. The kids enjoyed pasta and garden veggie marinara sauce and cinnamon buns. I had stuffed cabbage rolls and the most delicious gluten free vegan apple crisp. The cabbage rolls needed more salt which I’m glad it wasn’t the other way around and they actually had pink Himalayan sea salt in all their shakers non of that NaCl garbage- wow! We shopped their selection of gluten free and organic snacks and found exactly what we needed. The hike was awesome. We swung back by for Aqua Vitea brand kombucha on tap to rehydrate after. Two stops in one afternoon and we feel so lucky! This is such an amazing asset to our community. Thank you so much Food Hub!! ”
“ Charming family run, authentic farm to table delicious fare, no menu as the food provided is based on the recent harvest. Gluten free, organic options and considerations for those with other dietary restrictions. Fresh ingredients, locally sourced, home made and so tasty! The digs are a bit outdated (as are most in the businesses in this area) but the food is healthy and good with a nice variety and the family is delightful. I was pleasantly surprised that I got to meet the farmer as well as his wife and children... The children sat with me outside on the back patio while I enjoyed my meal and conversation with them. So glad that I stopped here before heading home! If I am ever in the area again I will definitely be back! ”
“ This was amazing! We just stopped for a short lunch break and it turned out fantastic! The food was clearly fresh and so delicious! I had some potatoes, cauliflower, zucchini and vegan chili (as you can see on the picture). It also was quite cheap for what you get. When we sat down at the terrace a musician came out and started playing great music while we ate only for us! Definitely a recommendation and we’d come back any time we’re near around! ”
“ Delicious food homemade. Limited selection but everything we had was delicious. Farm to table. Cozy dining room where my teenage daughter and I sat and played cards while we sipped our Chaga Tea! Yum! ”
“ After we hiked Coney Mt with our dog, we were looking for a pet friendly lunch spot and happened upon this wholesome, family owned farm stand of sorts. There were all kinds of natural homemade options. We had a wonderful experience, .. the veg chile was delicious. We also tried the cabbage rolls and BBQ beans, meat loaf. Kombucha.. everything was great . We would definitely recommend for all natural, healthy options. Our pup was welcomed too. ”
“ Very cozy market. I had the kombucha (very good!) and the chili. My wife had the macaroni and cheese and the pumpkin spice milkshake.. The milkshake was the idea of the young girl behind the counter. It was TASTY!! We sat and listened to folk songs by Richard Hayes Phillips, which was a welcoming touch to this whole experience. We will be back!! ”
